Fit Dance Mom CIC
Fit Dance Mom CIC is a community focused organisation dedicated to promoting physical and mental well-being through dance and fitness, specifically targeting mothers, women and families who have suffered domestic violence or/and abuse in underserved or marginalized communities. FDM provides inclusive and affordable dance based fitness classes, wellness workshops and empowerment programs that are tailored to meet the needs of women of all ages and backgrounds.
Mission
At Fit Dance Mom CIC, our mission is to empower, support, and restore women, mothers, and families who have been affected by abuse, trauma, or adversity through the healing power of movement, community, and therapy.

Through our flagship programme, T.R.A.P Queen Dance Fit (Therapeutic • Restorative • Active • Power), we provide trauma-informed dance fitness classes, therapeutic support sessions, and wellness workshops that promote emotional healing, physical strength, and self-confidence.

We believe that every woman deserves to feel safe, seen, and strong. Our work is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and the belief that healing is not only possible it can be joyful, expressive, and deeply transformative.

Vision
At Fit Dance Mom CIC, our vision is to create a world where every woman, mother, and survivor feels safe, empowered, and confident in her body, mind, and voice.

Through our T.R.A.P Queen Dance Fit programme, we envision a global sisterhood of survivors who rise beyond trauma by reconnecting with themselves through therapeutic movement, dance, and holistic wellness.

We aim to break cycles of silence, restore self-worth, and build vibrant, supportive spaces where healing is not hidden but celebrated.
A future where fitness becomes freedom, and where no woman ever has to walk her journey alone.
